POS/POSM/POP Marketing Account Management

TMS Global are a wholly owned subsidiary of DS Smith PLC, an International Paper company, who are a multi-national packaging and display manufacturing business who are a leading global provider of corrugated packaging solutions. TMS Global specialise in the outsourcing of retail display, print and packaging for a variety of global customers and are active in 97 markets globally and we are made up of just over 300 people who are spread internationally across APAC, LATAM, EMEA and NA.

We are recruiting for our Philippines client services team to support one of our large multi-national FMCG customers, with some very popular brands, in delivering a managed service for their POS and Display requirements. We are looking for an Account Manager based in Manila within a commutable distance of Sucat to be on-site with our client up to 2-3 days a week, with the remaining days working from home.

About the role

As the Account Manager, you will be based out of our clients offices in Metro Manila and will be key in ensuring the client is fully supported and managed whilst delivering exceptional account management through the smooth and efficient execution of all POS / Point of Sale and Display campaigns. You will be providing operational support to the client, being responsible for the service and commercial delivery of jobs and also being responsible in identifying new opportunities to support the growth of their FMCG brands through innovative solutions based on our wide range of POS / Point of Sale and Display products and services.

If you are an experienced Client service professional and have worked on 3D POP / Point of Sale and Display marketing, then this role could be a great fit for you. Any additional experience within shopper marketing and consumer insights would be useful but not essential and an understanding of Packaging and Display would also be useful to have. Within this role you will need to provide client leadership and management, but the most important skill we are looking for is attentive client communication, as this is one of the key factors for success within this role.

Some of your Day to Day responsibilities will be:

  • Managing multi-campaigns/multi-job projects with multiple service elements.
  • The execution and management of print management strategies.
  • Planning, budgeting and cost management of POS/POP Retail Displays and Display campaigns.
  • Developing and executing alternative solutions when new briefs or challenges arise.
  • Spotting opportunity to strengthen and develop the existing relationship and contract.
  • Ensure timely delivery and execution of campaigns according to client needs and objectives.
  • Clearly communicate the project progress to internal and external stakeholders

About you.

  • Working fluency in English.
  • Experience of POSM/POP Retail Displays or Display Marketing or BTL/In-store activations
  • Previous Client services experience.
  • Able to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details
  • Familiar with end to end to end procurement/supply chain process
